President Adama Barrow has said that his government is working to fulfill the social contract between the government and the people at both political and national levels.
Speaking to Journalists after the inauguration of the newly built Barrow National People’s Party (NPP) bureau in Basse on Friday 5th May 2023, H.E. Barrow disclosed that he will be laying the foundation of the roads that his government will be constructing and also the construction of Governor`s Offices.
President Barrow added that he has had the dream of constructing Bureaus across the country since he was in the UDP government but now the UDP militants are viewing it otherwise, noting they want the NPP party to stay longer “which is achievable.”
He said the newly built bureau is not his house and the compound document is registered as National People’s Party, “which is the NPP militants’ compound.”
