Samsudeen Phatey on Tuesday affirmed his lawsuit against Justice Momodou M.S. Jallow of the Bundung High Court in the ongoing case involving the boss of Kerr Fatou and Fatoumatta Drammeh before Magistrate Peter Adoh Che of Brikama Magistrates’ Court.
PW2, Samsudeen Phatey during his re-examination with his counsel Malick HB Jallow through online virtual testified that he did file a lawsuit against Justice Momodou S.M. Jallow of Bundung High Court before Justice Amina Saho of Banjul High Court for violation of his constitutional rights, unlawful harm where he seeks for a compensation.
However, PW2 pointed out that the CEO of Kerr Fatou, Fatou Touray, and Fatoumatta Drammeh of Paradise TV was not part of the lawsuit he filed at the Banjul High Court after Justice Momodou M.S. Jallow’s judgment in the case of Bob Keita.
Meanwhile, the offense pressed against Fatou Touray and Fatoumatta Drammeh stated that sometime between January and February 2021 Fatou Touray and Fatoumatta Drammeh published the matter of Samsudeen Phatey versus Neneh J. Thomson pending at the Brikama Children’s Court, thereby committed an offence.
