In Casamance, the Kujamat duo, Queen Isis Kuyito and Big Mo the Giant, on Friday, 19th May 2023 released their maiden album titled Ining Bara in Casamance, Senegal.
This latest unavoidable music, Ining Bara, released into the market is currently making waves across the country, especially in the South of the country and beyond the shore of Senegal.
The new work, Ining Bara is the first released album of the Kujamat duo, Queen Isis Kuyito and Big Mo the Giant on the Senegalese discography market and contains 10-track inspired by the rhythms of Southern Senegal.
From their real names Marie Rose Sagna and Mamadou Diedhiou, the artists Reine Isis Kuyito and Big Mo the Giant are two virtuosos of the song and each had a more than promising and reassuring solo career.
In this their new project, tracks such as Casa Sport, Sauvons La Nature (feat. Deesse Kuyito), Casamance Carte Postale, Amagnaw, and Anaw Aleguenaw among others demonstrate the intrinsic qualities of this duo who have been sharing the daily lives of people in the South for years.
Singing in almost all the local languages (Balante, Diola, Mandingo, Creole, Wolof, English, and French), the Queen and the Giant reveal themselves to the Senegalese and the face of the world as undisputed and indisputable Ambassadors of a multicultural Casamance.
