Executive Coordinator of Banjul calls for goodness to each other

The Executive Coordinator of the City of Banjul, Ebrima Jawohas wished the people of Banjul a Merry Christmas while encouraging them to observe the day with goodness to one another regardless “of our differences.”

He urged everyone to cherish the diverse nature of the people particularly in Banjul with prayer sessions for peace and stability throughout the world.

Also, “We must remember what God has provided for us, remember the poor, sick, less fortunate and those who are victims of wars particularly those in the Middle East and Ukraine. For some of us, we must take stock of what has gone past and what we have ahead of us. We must join our efforts and address the challenges our youths are going through in particular those taking the back way for what they perceived as greener pastures.”

The Executive Coordinator prayed for the peace and harmony that people have enjoyed since time immemorial to continue between the people of The Gambia, and also “May this Christmas end on a cheerful note and make way for a fresh and bright New Year.”
