Sierra Leoneans Sentenced for Kush Possession

Magistrate K.B Sambou of the Brikama Magistrates’ Court early this week fined two Sierra Leonean nationals D40,000 each for being found in possession of Kush.

They could go to jail for two years if they default in the payment of the fine.

The prosecution, led by N. Jammeh, narrated that SalieuBangura and Mary Joseph were intercepted at BrikamaSanto-Su on 10 March 2024, with 25 wraps of Kush, weighing 9g and 835mg.
