Momodou Alieu Bah and Sulayman Jallow on Tuesday arraigned before Magistrate Touray of Kanifing Magistrate Court for willful damaging of a vehicle registration number BJL 4281 T belonging to Saidou Sowe.
In their charge sheet, Alieu Bah and Sulayman Jallow in March this year at Serekunda willfully and unlawfully broke the windscreens of a vehicle with registration number BJL 4281 T valued at thirty thousand dalasis (D30,000.00) being the property of Saidou Sowe thereby committed an offence.
They both pleaded not guilty to the charge when it was read out to them.
Magistrate Touray granted both accused a bail of D40,000.00each with one Gambian surety with his/her valid ID card.
