The latest police investigation into the gruesome death on Friday of a 17-year-old girl at Piccadilly has indicated that the teenager might have died as a result of a suicide.
Fatoumatta Drammeh, who was a former student of Latrikunda Sabiji Senior Secondary School, reportedly fell from the 3rd floor of a storey building at Latrikunda on Friday morning.
Her 60-year-old father was taken into custody by the police on suspicion of killing her.
However, the police PRO Cadet ASP Modou Musa Sisawoon Sunday told The Voice that investigators were looking at suicide as the probable cause of Fatoumatta’s death.
