In an audio message delivered by the so-called Bachir Mustapha Sayed, member of the alleged group “National Secretariat of the Polisario”, during a rally organized on April 28, 2024, in the Tindouf camps, the latter called for terroristacts and attacks to be carried out suicides in the MoroccanSahara. In his message, the Sayed said this: « whoever isasked to do something, he must do it. And you, who are there, under the feet of the invaders, if we are here, need to have tensof us die to achieve a gain, you are capable of doing more thanwe do with much less ».
If you want explosives, God bless, they are available. It justgets wested in our warehouses.
So every one of you, every famale fighter among you, must every night, explode three of four or four in Smara, Dakhla or Boujdour among the enemy.
Do this, if you want the occupied land to become on fire underthe feet of the invaders. The enemy must be distracted and hisfire should be dispersed, instead of focusing his fire on one point. He must feel that his feet are unsafe and not know where and when to put them ».
Thus, the multiple and usual hostile declarations of threat, issued publicly and on several occasions, by the Polisario separatists against the territorial integrity of Morocco, demonstrate, without doubt, that the Polisario Front is a simple terrorist organization and has links with other violent groups of this nature that operate in the Sahelo-Saharan regionof Africa, such as Daesh groups and other separatist groups throughout the Sahel region, which confirms, if there are stilldoubts, the strong link between Separatism and terrorism.
It should be noted that this is not the first time that thisseparatist group has called for war and to commit terrorist actsagainst cities in southern Morocco, since its members have committed numerous war crimes against civilians in the Moroccan Sahara, such as forced displacement, genocide, torture, human trafficking, recruitment of children in militaryactions and other practices documented by numerousinternational organizations and previous UN reports.
Thus, the conditions for classifying the Polisario militia as a terrorist organization are fully met by the Polisario Front and there is therefore no doubt that all these facts pave the way for its inclusion, henceforth, on the lists of terrorist organizationsby the international community, which must strongly condemnany call to commit terrorist acts endangering stability and security in the peaceful and developed region of the MoroccanSahara.
