Orders Remand in Custody of Suspects in Mile II

Principal Magistrate Isatou Mbaye-Sallah of theKanifing Magistrates’ Court recently transferred a murder case to the high court on jurisdictional grounds.
Two individuals Abdoulie Bah and Salif Camara have stand accused of causing the death of one AbubakaryCeesay by hitting his forehead on a concrete floor at Ali Baba Garden sometime this month. The prosecution said Ceesay’s death was caused with malice and aforethought. It applied for the remand in custody of the suspects at Mile II, pending the commencement of the case at the high court.
