The Kanifing Magistrates’ Court has remanded one Muhammad Juma Bah on a D20,000 court bail for allegedly stabbing one Lamarana Jallow and Jainaba Mballow with a knife in his ear.
The particular of the offense on count one read that the accused on or about 22 July 2024, at Manjai Kunda in the KanifingMunicipality, willfully and unlawfully assaulted Lamarana by stabbing him with a knife in the ear thereby occasioning him actual bodily harm.
Muhammad Juma Bah also stands accused of willfully and unlawfully assaulting one Jainaba Mballow by stabbing her with a knife on her neck, occasioning her actual bodily harm.
The alleged offence was committed on 22 July 2024, at ManjaiKunda in the Kanifing Municipality.
He denied both charges and was granted court bail in the sum of D20,000.
The case continues.
