A certain Brooks Kumeh appeared before the KanifingMagistrates’ Court for allegedly vandalizing properties at City Pub in Latrikunda.
The details of the alleged offense revealed that Kumeh on or about 23 July 2024, at City Pub in Latrikunda German, willfully and unlawfully destroyed one door valued at D3, 500.00, a cable fridge valued at D2,00.00, one small fan valued at D1, 900.00, a socket fridge valued at D200, a television screen valued at D4, 500.00; the properties of one Benice Smith.
He denied criminal liability when the charge sheet was read to him and was given court bail in the sum of D15,000 and must produce a surety of Gambian nationality.
The case resumes on 7 August 2024, for hearing.
