The National Assembly Member (NAM) for the Tumana in the Upper River Region Nfally Kora said five communities in his constituency have been battling with water woes.
According to legislator Kora, Dingiring, Kulari, SareAlpha, Niangkuma, and Njering Jofa have been grappling with acute water shortage, adding that the area’s bastion of hope for water-Tinkinjo Cluster Primary and KisKis schools- have also started to experience water stress.
He explained that school children depend on other communities to access water which, he stated, affectslearning. The water in those communities, he added, is not potable.
