The Kanifing Magistrates’ Court has ordered the remand in custody of one Edrisa Ceesay at the State Central Prison after he denied charges of being found in possession of 518mg of tetrahydrocannabinol.
He was allegedly found in possession of nine pills oftetrahydrocannabinol at Senegambia in March of this year in contravention of Section 35(1)(a) of the Drug Control Act (2003).
His case has been adjourned to 13th August for a hearing.
