Anfield FC and Bundas FC posted a barren scoreline after a strong push by both sides for a winner at the Serekunda West Mini Stadium on Wednesday, October 2nd.
The match was a keenly contested affair, with both teams squandering goal scoring chances that came their way.
Sulayman Ndoye, the Head Coach of Bundas, claimed his team was expecting a win and the accompanying 3 points.
“We will plan how to get three points in our final game. The problem we are facing now is scoring of goals, but we will work on that during the training,” he declared.
Kwame Robinsson, Head Coach of Anfield, admitted that after squandering a lot of goal scoring opportunities, the game has taught his team some vital lessons.
“We have to go back to the training ground and work harder for our next game because we need the three points, but something is affecting us and that’s finishing. We have a lot of chances, but in the end, we could not capitalize on them,” he stated.
