An accused, Kemeseng Suso from Sinchuwho assaulted his wife with a knife yesterday appeared before the BundungMagistrate Court presided over by Magistrate Dawda Fatty.

However, Kemeseng pleaded not guilty to all these counts and claimed not mentally ok.

Moreover, the magistrate advised him to bring his documents from the psychotic and evidence.

The complainant, Wuday Suso, testified that this happened while she was on her bed with her spouse, Kemeseng when he requested money from her and she said she didn’t have it. She added that the husband then stabbed her with a knife in her stomach and other parts of her body.

Meanwhile, the prosecutor asked the accused if he was not the one who reported himself at the police station, and he said yes he was the one.

The accused stated again that his wife always provokes him for not being wealthy.

“Anytime we are in bed she must tell me to go and work and earn as my fellow men which always makes me angry.”

At this juncture, Magistrate D. Fatty adjourned the case to 13th November 2024. Henceforth, the accused will remain imprisoned till he provides a document from the psychotic as he claimed to be not mentally healthy, the Magistrate stated.
