A rape case involving taxi driver Dawda Tamba is scheduled to continue today at the Brikama Magistrates’ Court.
Dawda’s alleged victim made startling revelations last week as she narrated how he allegedly forced her into sexual acts.
The victim adduced that she hired Dawda to transport her to her family home in Busura. She told the court that Dawda violently raped and mistreated her in the bushes of Busura village.
Her testimony left her family members, who attended the last sitting, in tears.
She would be cross-examined by Dawda today as the case resumes.
