Erejang FC defeats Future Star through penalty shoot-out

Erejang FC played Derby game with Future Star in the ongoing Round 16 of the league which is sponsored by Africell at Serekunda West Sports Development Association Summer Nawatan on Sunday, 3rd November, 2024.

It was a Derby game between the two team they train at same field ground it was a tough and hard game between the two teams, both the two teams have many chances but at the end they throw it.unfortunately the game ended penalty shootout 5-4 in the favour of Erejang FC.

Patrick Sambou the head coach of Erejang, said that its was a hard fort victory the boys has saw a resilients what they train is that what they saw in the game today because because before you win the game you must respect your opponent first that the good shine of it no matter how hard its cause that what we implement we have many chances to score but unfortunately this is how it goes we appreciate it just telling them to continue working hard and pushing for more wins ahead. Thanks to the community and fans for their efforts support and motivation.

Nelson Sylva the head coach of Future Star, football is all luck we try and pushing out everything that we have but unfortunately is a very unlucky team in penalty because we have score win at the end we lost it only this can saw you that is unlucky for us but we hold it as learning process we still learning just to wake up friday we have another game for the knockout just prepare for that one.
