Amadou Sanneh, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Majum Estate Agency, donated a milling machine and cash amounting to D20, 000. 00 to the community of Tubakutavillage, Kombo East District.

The village women group duped “Tubakuta Kambeng Kaafo” has adapted the donor as father of the group sometime last year. In his gesture of appreciation to the trust bestowed on him as the father, Mr. offered a support by providing a milling machine to the women group in exchange.

Speaking at the handing over ceremony at the village ‘Bantaba’, Masaneh Bojang, the Alkalo of the village, expressed deep appreciation of the gesture, calling it a life a “life changing” for the community especially the women. He called on the community to rally behind President Adama Barrow to receive more of this kind.

“I am calling on all of you to rally behind me in my cause of getting a very strong base for the president. He [president] had already brought a lot of development to this village. He brought us electricity, building health care centre for us, and now his nephew has presented to us a milling machine and cash of D20, 000.00, we owed the president because he had done enough support for us. I want all of you to vote for him massively during the 2026 presidential election,” he told the villagers at a colourful ceremony on Saturday.

Adamou Sanneh, the donor of the equipment called on the community of Tubakuta to give a deaf year to the trick of the opposition parties and give their support to President Adama Barrow. He sounded his appreciation to the women for adapting him a father figure irrespective of age.

“Oppositions will come and tell you all sorts of things that are not happening in the country. They will caricature the government of Adama Barrow by accusing him of anything. But they should understand that presidency is ordained by Allah and that no one can change the will of God. I am calling on you today to rally your support behind the President for more development,” he mentioned.

Other speakers included Hon. Abdou Sowe, the National Assembly Member for Kombo East, Lamin Jaiteh, Fatou Darboe, lady councillor for the area, all urged the villagers to fully support the President in the cause of national development.
