Gambia U-20 sensational striker Adama Bojang registered his first professional hat-trick for Grasshoppers Zürich on Sunday in the Switzerland Super League.
The hat-trick hero recorded six goals in his name this season in the Super League.
Grasshoppers Zürich managed to beat Luzarn by 3-1 to close the gap on Yverdon and extend points away from the bottom occupants, Winterthur.
Bojang’s hat-trick recorded his name as the first Gambian U-20 player to score a professional hat-trick.
The Gambian forward, on loan from Reims, is finding his form after a slow start to the Super League season. He also had one assist in his name.
The win against a top-four side, Luzern FC, renewed confidence in the coaches, players, fans, and the management of the Grasshoppers Zürich.
The team is currently struggling as they are languishing in one place from the bottom.
